Answer: There is never a cost to our customer. We are paid directly by suppliers, without compromising your rate. Unlike some planning companies, we don’t sell air tickets (although our associates are knowledgeable about the airline industry). Our core business is the negotiation of facility rates, cruises and rental transportation for our customers. Hotels, cruise and car rental companies pay us after the group has departed.
